• They have right qualifications, skills, personality, etc for the jobs
• They fit the higher requirements of the job such as effective leadership and management skills, where the jobs are supervisory or managerial in nature

• Ability to work as a team member
• Motivated and committed

The basic principle is that the new employees are able to perform the job almost immediately without much difficulty. Even if this is not so, they must be ready to learn and fast.

The main reason for this is that you cannot waste too much time training the new employees. You need to produce results and soon.
